The Alpha Integration and Sustainment Specialist supports the deployment, integration, and ongoing sustainment of Alpha technologies by working closely with automation teams and tracking implementation progress. This role ensures the successful adoption of new systems while driving continuous improvement and operational performance across the organization.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Support the evaluation, deployment, and integration of new Alpha technologies across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology capabilities with operational needs and define project goals and success criteria
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful and timely rollouts
- Analyze performance data and develop metrics, reports, and insights to track adoption, effectiveness, and improvement opportunities
- Lead user engagement and adoption efforts through training, communication, and ongoing system support, while fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Minimum 2+ years of oil and gas experience with strong knowledge of drilling rig components; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with advanced computer skills and the ability to manage data and systems effectively
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and take ownership of projects and priorities
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
