The Asset Integrity and Reliability Analyst will provide support in the data analysis, financial optimization, asset lifecycle, reporting development, business engagement, sustainment of analytical reporting systems, and business processes in relation to Asset Integrity and Asset Assurance. 



  • Perform data analysis of Asset Reliability, Asset Lifecycles, Asset Financial Optimization, and Asset Depreciation in relation to Actual Asset Lifecycles.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and sustainment of metrics in relation to Asset Management. Perform data analysis and present insights to impacted stakeholders within the organization
  • Support SAP SAC Reporting sustainment and Assist with the development of functional specifications for the development/improvement of existing reports for the Asset Performance Management (APM) program.  
  • Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. 
  • Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
  • Facilitate the validation, implementation, and use of business processes related to the Asset Integrity and Asset Assurance Program.
  • Coordination with other departments on integration points to Asset Integrity, including Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Fixed Assets, and IT.
  • Work with business users to:
    • Analyze and review Asset total cost of ownership across all critical assets based on equipment groups, manufacturers and models.
    • Analyze data using statistical techniques
    • Identify, analyze and interpret trends from the data
    • Implement & maintain databases, gather data from primary & secondary sources.
    • Review existing processes and procedures and identify area’s requiring process improvement.
    • Assist with the development, validation, and application of business processes and system requirements.
    • Prepare and develop business documentation including business processes and functional requirements.
    • Ensure business requirements satisfy the business need.
    • Assist with system reporting and user acceptance testing.
    • Develop training material and deliver training.
    • Ensure business requirements are being used effectively.
    • Review and resolve issues as they arise.
    • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for asset integrity and preventive maintenance programs to ensure that the internal processes within the organization meet the needs of the business.

4-year undergraduate degree (mathematics, statistics, computer science, information management, economics or business)



Master Data Management experience.

Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.


Experience building apps with Microsoft Power Apps.

Scheduling, Planning and Master Data management within SAP Plant Maintenance.

Experience with Bill of Materials and integration to Supply Chain processes.

3 years of experience with Preventative Maintainence System administration.

Proficient in Power BI, Analytics for Office (AO), SAP SAC Reporting platforms.

SharePoint Document Management.

Oil and Gas Experience.
