The following restrictions apply to all internship candidates:

  • Applicants must be available for a non-negotiable start date of Wednesday May 6, 2026
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Applicants must have housing accommodations or transportation in Calgary, as Precision does not provide internship housing.
  • By May 4, 2026, applicants must have completed at least their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute (see job posting). 

 


Summary

The Contracts Intern will follow the manager’s guidelines to provide a variety of office services and clerical tasks to support contract activities and facilitate the sales process.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing to draft a variety of contract documents and ensure on time delivery;
  • Work collaboratively and take direction from the manager for inputs on contract documents;
  • Provide advice and guidance to Sales & Marketing to ensure contracts, amendments, and renewals are approved and signed;
  • Manage and maintain all contract related documentation;
  • Create reports and statistical analysis for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Maintain, update and transfer contract data in CRM system in timely manner;
  • Perform special projects as needed.

 

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, proactive and friendly personality;

Capability to work independently and as a team player under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment;

Excellent organizational and time management skills;

Proficient in Word, Outlook, Adobe and Excel.

 

Education

Motivated university and college students with a strong desire to learn;

 

Experience

Experience with Microsoft products

Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is an asset
