The Digital Workspace Analyst is a collaborative technology professional responsible for monitoring, managing, and securing endpoint environments to ensure reliable and efficient operations. This role requires a strong appreciation for structured processes, change control, and system stability within a dynamic enterprise environment.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Manage, secure, and standardize endpoint environments, including OS, application, mobile devices, and Microsoft Teams Rooms, using Intune, Autopilot, Tanium, and supporting GPOs
  • Own endpoint policies, procedures, documentation, and sustainment plans; analyze hardware and software standards and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex endpoint hardware, OS, and security issues, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support in alignment with ITSM processes
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, application, and service provider teams to deliver reliable, cost‑effective endpoint and mobility solutions, including licensing and vendor coordination
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement new technologies; mentor team members, contribute to training materials, and support change, incident, and project management activities

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Diploma, or equivalent experience, with 2–4 years supporting enterprise Windows, iOS, and Android environments using Intune and/or Tanium
  • Strong expertise in Modern Desktop technologies, endpoint security best practices (Defender, patching, hardening, zero trust, RBAC), application packaging, OSD, and task sequencing
  • Proficient scripting skills (PowerShell, Batch, Visual Basic) with experience supporting automation, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN fundamentals, Microsoft Teams Rooms, software licensing, and telecom or mobility service providers; exposure to oil and gas is an asset
  • Highly organized, customer‑focused professional with strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to mentor others and support cost‑aware decision making
