The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the C-suite leadership team & Vice Presidents at Precision by managing complex schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events. This highly professional individual is a trusted partner, handling sensitive information with discretion and delivering high-quality administrative support.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Manage executive communications by prioritizing emails, calls, and correspondence, coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence; conduct research to support executive decisions
  • Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and professional interactions
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage records, mail, and filing systems with accuracy and discretion
  • Support special projects and adapt to evolving business needs with initiative, professionalism, and continuous learning

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Administrative and professional support experience, with at least 3-7 years’ experience directly supporting C-suite executives
  • Post Secondary Education and/or Executive Assistant/Administration Diploma
  • Proactive, mature, and pleasant disposition with the ability to relate to anyone
  • Humble, personable, compassionate, and always maintain a professional composure
  • Must be able to deal with confidential information in a corporate setting
  • Event planning, savvy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated; ability to work and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Will possess excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • A strong orientation to detail and an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask
  • Previous oil and gas experience is an asset
