The Corporate Office Administrator provides adminstrative support to the Human Resources department by completing value-added tasks and providing effective customer service to our leadership and employees.



  • Provide support to all areas of Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition
  • Complete human resource administrative tasks such as drafting employment and status change letters
  • Maintain employee records
  • Complete and ensure accuracy of HR system transactions in SAP, SuccessFactors & ServiceNow
  • Process organizational changes and maintain organizational structure
  • Support Talent Acquisition by booking interviews, create job requisitions, etc.
  • Onboard new employees through Success Factors and SAP
  • Coordinate pre-employment drug testing
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Complete human resources industry surveys
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel databases and other various materials for HR-related programs/projects
  • Generate basic reports and data as required
  • Participating in ongoing and ad-hoc human resource projects

Diploma or degree in a related field



5+ years' experience in a professional office environment

Knowledge of basic HR processes is an asset
