The Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator facilitates and manages the MOC process to ensure all operational, technical, and procedural changes are accurately assessed, documented, and approved prior to implementation. This role partners with cross functional teams to protect safety, ensure compliance, and maintain operational integrity and business continuity.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Coordinate and manage the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HSE, Engineering) to support MOC reviews, implementation, and decision making
  • Track, monitor, and ensure timely completion of MOC actions, maintaining accurate and audit-ready documentation
  • Prepare and support risk assessments, MOC meetings, and stakeholder communications, including reporting on KPIs and status updates
  • Maintain and improve the SAP MOC system, supporting training, process awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • 4-6 years of field or process work experience  
  • 2 or 4-year degree in Engineering, Industrial, Safety, or related discipline is a benefit
  • Working knowledge of drilling equipment and operations; experience with MOC, process safety, and hazard analysis is preferred
  • Strong organizational, data management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and technical writing is an asset
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
