  • Applicants must be available for a non-negotiable start date of Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Applicants must have housing accommodations or transportation in the Calgary area, as Precision does not provide internship housing.
  • By May 4, 2026, applicants must have completed at least their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute (see job posting). 

 

Summary

The Operations Administration Support Intern, residing out of the Rostel Location, will gain experience in business processes, sustainment of systems, and Planned Production Order Bill of Material (BOM) management.

 

Responsibilities

  • BOM Creations for the manufactured inventory library
  • Assist in the building of linked Drawings for manufactured products
  • Process designs – updating/creation of manuals for daily processes
  • Scanning documents for storage
  • SAC Report structure for aiding Supervisors/Team leads to monitor workload
  • SCM Support as required
  • Create and maintain reports to track manufacturing performance and deficiencies
  • Other duties as required

 

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Organizational skills

Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets

SAP experience is an asset

Strong Communication & Multi-Tasking skills

Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently

Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key business partners

Excellent time and project management skills

 

Education

Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Business Management, or Finance post-secondary program

 

Experience

Strong computer skills for data analysis, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Previous oil & gas experience is an asset
