Summary

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will report to the Manager, Engineering Compliance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Engineering systems, libraries, project files, and technical information.
  • Coordinate documentation, project closure reviews, Management of Change (MOC) related work, and integration projects with other departments.
  • Responsible for reviewing, distributing, and tracking internal Equipment Bulletins (EQB’s), external vendor Product Information (PIB’s), Safety Alert Bulletins (SAB’s), Engineering Memos, and Maintenance Practices (EMP’s) throughout our North America, and International operations to ensure Quality Assurance and compliance to standards.
  • Audit technical records, including Rig Characteristics, Certifications, Certificates of Compliance (COC’s), and asset information ensuring compliance to company, and regional industry standards.
  • Manage Engineering Surveys for new equipment ensuring end-to-end process completion.
  • Responsible for team compliance audits in relation to Technical Solutions while co-mingling with other key departments such as Operations, Maintenance, Asset Integrity, Optimization, and HSE.
  • Assisting in master data governance ensuring the accuracy and integrity of technical information.
  • Create project documentation including workflows, procedures, data analysis, time studies, etc.
  • Gather requirements and develop reporting capabilities for Engineering initiatives. Leveraging data analytics tools to create new dashboards, reports, and any other ad hoc reports as required.
  • Co-ordinating with IT Functional leads to create automated solutions, and overcome challenges.
  • Perform audits and provide direct support for all platforms for Engineering and Technology end users: SharePoint, SAP GUI, Fiori, SAC, MOC, and ETR.
  • Create and maintain documentation in alignment with Master Data standards.
  • Perform audits and compliance checks for accuracy and consistency.
  • Various other duties and special projects as assigned by the Manager.

 

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong skills in spreadsheets, data processing, and reporting metrics.

Excellent research and data analysis skills.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a self-starter.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Education

A degree in a related field would be considered an asset.

 

Experience

5-7 years of experience coordinating and/or supporting technical business processes.

Previous SAP experience is an asset.

Oil and Gas industry experience is an asset.
