The Senior HRIS Analytic Specialist is responsible for optimizing Analytics and Reporting of the SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP S4 HANA, and SAP R3 Legacy systems and will maintain a high level of data integrity standards as well as a high level of customer service.  Duties include analyzing HRIS systems, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and providing reporting and analytics.



  • Designing comprehensive Analytics Products, capturing detailed business requirements, and translating into an optimal Analytic design
  • Designing, visualizing, developing, implementing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using People Analytics in SuccessFactors, SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), Spinifex, and Query in SAP/S4, also could be using Excel for presentation optimization.
  • Understand HR business processes at a detailed level to capture data points and discover data insight that can produce benefits as an analytic feature.
  • Make business process improvement suggestions to capture new data points and generate valuable business insight
  • Identify data integration gaps and architect data integration to enable integrated reporting capability.
  • Ensure data integrity by providing documentation with unambiguous data definition, source, and destination, ownership of the data, and process which generates the data
  • Always protect data confidentiality by sharing data with extra sensitivity and care, strictly following security policy
  • Create documentation that is easy to follow and helps knowledge to be transferrable
