Summary
Precision Drilling is seeking an experienced shop Supervisor to join our team in supporting its coatings & yard department. This full-time position is based out of Rostel Industries, Calgary, Alberta.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all existing and incoming work for the Coatings dept.
- Communicate with stakeholders on project status and anticipated deliveries
- Team lead for Coatings and Yard personnel
- Assist procurement with RFQ’s for all required paint and consumables
- Organization of the yard and material storage
- Operation of wheel loader & oversized forklift
- Loading/unloading of trucks and large equipment
- Facilitate the movement of materials between various locations
- Familiarization with internal/external Company documentation
- Assist in the facilitation of Precision’s safety programs
- Additional yard/coatings duties as required
- Overtime and on-call duties as required

Education
A minimum of a High School Diploma is required
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years in a lead hand or equivalent position
2-3 years experience operating medium to large-sized wheel loaders (e.g., Hyundai HL970, Cat 966, Doosan, etc.)
