Precision Drilling is seeking a Talent Management & Learning Specialist to develop and deliver programs that advance our high-performance, high-value strategy. This role supports the design and execution of talent management and learning initiatives, partnering across the organization to implement innovative, impactful solutions that strengthen employee growth and organizational capability.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Conduct needs analyses and design targeted learning solutions to address performance gaps.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning and leadership programs.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops supporting leadership development, performance management, and goal setting.
  • Partner with business units to align learning and talent initiatives with organizational priorities and measure program impact.
  • Leverage data, technology, and project management to enhance learning effectiveness and ensure smooth program execution.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field, with at least 5 years’ experience in corporate Learning & Development
  • Proven ability to conduct needs analyses, develop competency frameworks, and design impactful learning programs aligned to business priorities
  • Skilled facilitator with strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities across diverse audiences
  • Excellent project management, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 20% of the time to Edmonton, Alberta, and Houston, Texas, to support program delivery and stakeholder engagement
