- Applicants must be available for a non-negotiable start date of Monday, May 18, 2026.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Applicants must have housing accommodations or transportation in the Houston area, as Precision does not provide internship housing.
- By May 4, 2026, applicants must have completed at least their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute (see job posting).
Summary
This summer internship will provide the intern with valuable, real-world experience and support to the Compliance and Governance team. The intern will gain exposure to various functions within the Compliance and Governance Department and participate in projects to support initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist and shadow various projects and responsibilities associated with regulatory filings, policy revisions, anti-corruption/anti-bribery compliance, Board materials, employee training and education, vendor audits, risk assessments, etc.
- Assist with preparing and editing documents and correspondence while ensuring appropriate format, content, grammar, and spelling
- Help maintain a comprehensive digital filing system
- Provide general support to the executive, administrative, and legal teams
- Other support and ad hoc duties as required
Knowledge & Skills
- Must have strong academic performance, achieving a B grade average, and be able to provide transcripts as supporting documentation
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to deal with private and confidential corporate information
- Proven organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Resourceful and demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise own judgement
Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Legal Studies or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience working in an office environment
