Summary

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for administrative and End-User support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP S4 HANA, and SAP R3 Legacy systems and will maintain a high level of data integrity standards as well as a high level of customer service. 

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to contribute to day-to-day functions for HRIS.
• Design and generate basic data reports in the HR area
• Assist in current HRIS projects, capture business requirements and translate them into functional specification, coordinate requirement delivery and development, assist with change management
• Perform AS-IS business process analysis, and document business process for future reference
• Collaborate with all other departments and/or all levels of management, as needed, to ensure completion of HRIS processes, duties/tasks.
• Other duties as requested by management

Education

Post-secondary education in HRIS or Computer Science

Experience

Entry-level knowledge of database and software development

Knowledge of SAP or other large company ERP would be an asset

Strong knowledge of MS Excel
