DAY IN THE LIFE: 

  • Perform maintenance, inspection, and repairs on hydraulic systems, gearboxes, pumps, electric motors, drivetrains, and related equipment in both shop and field environments.

  • Diagnose defects and perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting, including testing for proper equipment performance.

  • Complete detailed documentation, such as reports, time sheets, and work orders, while ensuring compliance with all safety policies and regulations.

  • Respond to service needs in remote field locations, demonstrating flexibility with work schedules, travel, and on-call availability.

  • Communicate hazards or incidents promptly to supervisors and actively contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Work independently under pressure with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: 

  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Must pass Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Check
  • Lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
  • Be available for 24-hour on-call to the field when required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Graduate from vocational school, technical school and / or associates/bachelor’s degree in engineering
