By May 5, 2025, applicants must have completed at least their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute (see job posting).
Summary
The Intern, Supply Chain Systems at the HTSC is required to Support the maintenance of SAP master data, focusing on Material Codes and Info Records, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Precision Drilling’s Master Data standard. Additionally, assist the Supply Chain Systems Team Lead with SAP Ariba Business Commerce vendor inquiries and support the Vendor Management Analyst in the vendor onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Support the receiving, review, and submission process for material master requests from U.S., Canada, and International Operations, coordinating with the Supply Chain Systems Analyst for approval.
- Conduct regular reviews of expiring info records, analyze material data consumption, and coordinate with vendors to provide updated material lists for timely price adjustments.
- Support Supply Chain Systems Team Lead with SAP Ariba Business Commerce vendor inquiries and systems troubleshooting.
- Assist Vendor Management Analyst with Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance vendor management process

Education
Completed or currently pursuing a College or University degree in Supply Chain Management
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience with supporting supply chain operations. Experience can be acquired through lectures and labs.
