The Payroll Administrator ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll and time data across multiple business divisions while maintaining employee records and reconciliations. This role delivers high‑quality customer service, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and supports payroll system operations within SAP, Dayforce, and related timekeeping platforms.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Process and maintain accurate payroll and time data for hourly and salaried employees across multiple divisions using SAP HR/Payroll, Dayforce, and CATS
- Enter, reconcile, and validate payroll data, including earnings, premiums, per diem, bonuses, deductions, adjustments, PTO, and pay rates
- Support payroll compliance by maintaining knowledge of company pay policies, field compensation structures, and federal, state, and local labor regulations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, providing clear, timely, and professional support to employees, managers, and internal partners
- Ensure strict confidentiality, data accuracy, and accountability while delivering excellent customer service and supporting payroll operations as needed
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of payroll experience in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
- Working knowledge of federal and state labor regulations, wage garnishments, and payroll compliance requirements
- Experience with SAP CATS required; exposure to Dayforce, SuccessFactors, and FPC or CPP certification is preferred
- Strong technical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables), data accuracy, and attention to detail
- Customer‑focused professional with excellent communication, problem‑solving, organizational skills, and flexibility to support peak payroll periods, including weekends or holidays as needed
