  • Manage incoming telephone calls, screen, and route to appropriate personnel.
  • Record and transmit messages accurately and promptly.
  • Provide comprehensive information to callers and ensure their needs are met.
  • Welcome and guide individuals upon arrival to the organization.
  • Provide directions and escort visitors to their intended destination.
  • Handle inquiries from external and internal stakeholders with tact and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of individuals entering and exiting the facility, including staff and visitors.
  • Offer comprehensive administrative and clerical support to all office personnel.
  • Receive and classify incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
  • Ensure adequate office supplies are available and manage procurement processes.
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and presentations, ensuring they run smoothly.
  • Maintain an organized reception area to create a positive impression for visitors.
  • Assist the Operations Administrative Assistant.

High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
