RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage incoming telephone calls, screen, and route to appropriate personnel.
- Record and transmit messages accurately and promptly.
- Provide comprehensive information to callers and ensure their needs are met.
- Welcome and guide individuals upon arrival to the organization.
- Provide directions and escort visitors to their intended destination.
- Handle inquiries from external and internal stakeholders with tact and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of individuals entering and exiting the facility, including staff and visitors.
- Offer comprehensive administrative and clerical support to all office personnel.
- Receive and classify incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
- Ensure adequate office supplies are available and manage procurement processes.
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings and presentations, ensuring they run smoothly.
- Maintain an organized reception area to create a positive impression for visitors.
- Assist the Operations Administrative Assistant.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
