The Sales Enablement Analyst supports the U.S. Sales organization through market intelligence, competitive analysis, CRM management, and sales performance reporting. This role helps drive commercial effectiveness by delivering actionable insights, maintaining data integrity, supporting sales processes, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Provide market, commercial, and operational analysis to support business development, sales strategy, and key stakeholder decision-making
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of commercial data within Dynamics 365, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, and bid requests
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, customer activity, and growth opportunities across the U.S. drilling market
  • Develop sales enablement materials, customer profiles, presentations, opportunity summaries, and commercial insights to support the U.S. Sales team
  • Leverage data from SAP, Snowflake, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other business systems to generate reports, track performance metrics, improve forecasting, and drive process improvements

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • 2+ years of experience in research, analysis, sales operations, market research, or a related field; post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL, or similar data and reporting platforms; oil and gas industry experience is an asset
  • Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data visualization skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently, manage open-ended business questions, and quickly learn new tools and technologies
