The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor, aligning business objectives with leaders and employees while delivering proactive, frontline HR support. This role partners closely with management and the broader HR team to address employee needs, drive engagement, and support organizational priorities.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Build strong relationships across the organization while identifying and resolving people‑related risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with business leaders to support key people processes, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and compliance matters
- Act as a trusted advisor on U.S. labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements across multiple states, partnering with Legal as needed
- Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR functional teams on recruiting, succession planning, performance management, compensation, and HR programs
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with 8+ years of progressive HR experience; oil & gas industry experience preferred
- Strong expertise in employee relations, U.S. labor laws, compliance, and immigration, with proven judgment in sensitive situations
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central strongly preferred; advanced proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (SharePoint, reporting tools)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all organizational levels
- Highly organized, analytical problem‑solver with strong project management skills and the ability to interpret policies and present clear, actionable insights
