Precision Drilling is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our Talent Development team at our Houston, Texas, Support Center.   As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of our development programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading oil and gas drilling company and contribute to our organization's growth and success. DAY IN THE LIFE: 

  • Coordinate schedules and track progress for departmental initiatives, ensuring accountability for deadlines
  • Manage logistical and administrative aspects of departmental programs, courses, processes, and events
  • Oversee financial administration, including invoices, training payments, expenses, and supply allocation to correct cost centers
  • Maintain accurate records and share data to track attendance and participation across initiatives
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors through clear communication
  • Demonstrate strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and a collaborative, self-motivated approach to work

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • 2-4 years of experience in office administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • A diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline is beneficial but not required
  • Experience with SAP & SuccessFactors is an advantage
