DAY IN THE LIFE: 

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including top drives, transmissions, pumps, and motors.

• Diagnose defects and troubleshoot equipment both in-shop and in remote field locations.

• Conduct performance testing and ensure proper operation of repaired equipment.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, time sheets, and work orders.

• Adhere to all safety policies and promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents.

• Demonstrate flexibility, independence, and commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: 

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate from vocational school, technical school, and/or an associates/bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Must pass Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Check
• Lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• Be available for 24-hour on-call to the field when required
