The Personnel Recruiter is an 18-month fixed-term contract responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates for possible employment in rig-based roles. The Personnel Recruiter screens, interviews, and completes reference checks on candidates to ensure suitability.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Responding to all incoming employment-related calls and candidate inquiries
- Maintaining and updating recruitment databases, tracking systems, and personnel data
- Scheduling pre‑offer drug tests, physicals, and other pre‑employment requirements
- Processing new‑hire paperwork and coordinating with various departments as needed
- Supporting additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- High school diploma with experience in administration, customer service, or data entry is considered an asset
- Background in oilfield operations, recruitment, or public speaking is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with SuccessFactors is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
