Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator supports Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) throughout the employee lifecycle to deliver value-added services to employees and drilling operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administration of people processes including promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.
  • Entry, maintenance, and auditing of employee documents and data in our systems
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews for field employees and applicants
  • Assist with documenting internal employee investigations and employee relations issues
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and other various materials for HR-related programs and projects
  • Prepare letters of invitation and employment verifications
  • Work with selected service providers to administer I-9 documents
  • Generate basic reports and data
  • Proactively follow up with employees and managers to obtain outstanding documents and approvals
  • Assist with the documentation of policies, processes, and procedures
  • Advise and create more efficient administrative processes and forms
  • Responding to Equifax Unemployment Casebuilder and gathering information
  • Human Resources and employee document filing
  • Assist with training other employees as needed
  • Administer other projects as requested in all areas of HR

 

Knowledge & Skills

Intermediate level of competency with Microsoft Office

Experience with SuccessFactors would be an asset

Strong attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills.

 

Education

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required

 

Experience

General knowledge of basic HR processes and employment law is preferred
