DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Support HR Business Partners in administering employee lifecycle processes (promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.).
• Maintain, audit, and manage employee data and documents in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and communication with field employees and applicants.
• Assist with internal investigations, employee relations documentation, and unemployment claims.
• Prepare HR materials including presentations, employment letters, and verifications.
